Con due album all'attivo e un'intensa attività live in Nord America ed Europa, Pillar Point (moniker del musicista americano Scott Reitherman), ci ammalia con il suo sound curatissimo, tra sintetizzatori vintage, drum machines, beat pulsanti e calde linee di basso e chitarra. Attualmente accasato presso la stimata Polyvinyl Rec (label di Alvvays, Deerhoof, Anna Burch, Xiu Xiu, Pedro the Lion e molti altri). Accompagnato dal suo sodale Trent Moorman alla batteria ci regala un live fantastico, da vedere.
